Today’s PrideNomad™ Quiz:
Which European country once criminalized homosexuality with a “pink list” of thousands of men — and decades later, used that same list to offer fast-tracked compensation and reparations?

PRIDENOMAD LIFE:
The Nomad Dream is Kinda Screwed Up
We love posting those laptop-on-the-beach photos.
The "working from Bali" flex.
The whole "I'm living my best life" Instagram story.
But let's cut the BS for a second...
A new report just dropped that basically confirms what most of us already know deep down.
The Global Living Report 2025.
(Wasn't even specifically about LGBTQ+ nomads... just nomads in general.)
And here's what they found:
Nearly a third of British nomads said they've struggled with mental health abroad.
Same number said they've had to hide parts of themselves just to "fit in."
Their politics. Their religion. Their sexuality.
And if GENERAL nomads are dealing with this...
How much harder is it for us in the PrideNomad community?
Because here's the thing nobody talks about...
Loneliness is REAL.
Not having a consistent group of friends who GET you...
No regular gym where the staff knows your name...
No neighborhood café where you can just... exist without explaining yourself...
That shit wears you down.
I felt this hard when I went back to Sydney last month for the Fringe Festival.
Walking into MY gym...
Eating at MY restaurants...
Running into friends in MY neighborhood...
Even though I was technically just visiting... it felt like HOME.
And that feeling of belonging?
It's everything.
So what do we do about this?
How do we deal with the fact that freedom sometimes feels like isolation in a really nice location?
That's exactly why I built PrideNomad.
To create a community where you don't have to hide.
Where you can walk down a street in Morocco...
Or dance at Mardi Gras in Buenos Aires...
And know you're part of something bigger.
It's why I started the SeenWithLove Foundation.
To remind us that we ARE seen with love.
And it's why I launched The Daily Hug.
A free, no-BS daily reminder that you matter.
That you're not invisible.
That someone out there sees you and gives a damn about your story.
👉 Get today's Hug here (it's free, obviously)
The Daily Hug started as an exclusive thing for our PrideNomad family.
Now it's open to the world.
And it's about to get MUCH bigger.
Next week, I'm announcing something that will give you even more ways to feel connected...
Supported...
And free…WITHOUT the loneliness tax.
Because here's what I believe:
Freedom is priceless.
But freedom should feel like JOY.
Not isolation with better weather.
So if you've got a friend who needs to hear this...
Share it with them.
Invite them into this community.
Let's prove that the nomad life doesn't have to be a solo journey.
It can (and should!) be the most connected adventure of your life.
P.S. The mental health stuff in this report isn't just "data."
It's real people struggling in real places.
If that's you right now... you're not broken.
You're human.
And you're definitely not alone.

NOMAD HACKS:
Here’s 2 Ways to Uplevel Your Journeys
The "Nomad Emergency Fund" Hack
Keep $500-1000 in cash hidden in your luggage. Not for emergencies at home... for emergencies THERE. Corrupt cops, sudden visa issues, needing to book a flight out fast. Credit cards don't always work when shit hits the fan. Cash does.
The "Work-Life Boundary" Hack
Set your phone to airplane mode for 2 hours every day. Pick the same 2 hours. Tell clients it's your "deep work block." Really it's your "remember you're traveling, not just working from a different office" time. Game changer for actually enjoying where you are.
INNER GAME:
🌍 The Call I've Been Ignoring (And Maybe You Have Too)
Every great story starts with someone who doesn't think they're ready.
Luke Skywalker was just a farm kid.
Frodo wanted to stay in the Shire.
And me? I've been turning down my own call to adventure for YEARS.
Here's the thing about being queer in this world...
We get really good at hiding.
When society tells you that you're "too much" or you "don't belong"...
When your own family doesn't get it...
When the political climate literally wants to erase us...
Staying small starts to feel like survival.
I get it.
But here's what I've finally figured out:
Hiding helps nobody.
Not you. Not me. Not the world that desperately needs what we have to offer.
My Own Wake-Up Call
For decades, people have told me: "Ken, you should help more people grow their businesses."
And for decades, I found excuses.
The truth? I've helped people go from struggling to six figures... from six to seven figures... I've watched someone take my advice and make $50,000 in three days.
But instead of stepping fully into that power?
I went back into hiding.
Playing smaller than I knew I could.
Telling myself stories about timing... about being ready... about whether I was "worthy" enough.
Sound familiar?
Why This Matters Now
The world is hard enough.
Add being queer on top of that... and some days it feels like escape is the only option.
(No wonder the “Escape Series” on our YouTube channel is exploding right now.)
But escaping isn't enough.
We need belonging. We need collaboration. We need a community that actually helps us live BIGGER lives.
Not smaller ones.
That's the heart of PrideNomad.
And that's why I'm finally stepping up to build what I've been dreaming about for nearly twenty years.
The Excalibur Society

This is my call to adventure. And now it's yours too.
It's a private roundtable of no more than 20 people.
Think collaboration over competition.
Building businesses that serve YOU... not enslave you.
Turning your life into the adventure it was meant to be.
This isn't for everyone.
Invitations aren't cheap.
But the ROI - financial, personal, spiritual - can be life-changing.
An Invitation (Not a Pitch)
So let me ask you:
Are you running a business that feels more like a prison than freedom?
Stuck in a job you're plotting to escape?
Know you're meant for more but keep finding reasons to stay hidden?
If any of that hits... let's talk.
This isn't a sales pitch.
It's an invitation to step out of hiding.
To stop playing small.
To make the world your playground instead of your cage.
If you want to explore being part of Excalibur, reply with two words: "Invite me."
We'll see if you qualify.
The Real Destination
Today we're not talking about Bali or Barcelona.
The real destination is the one inside you.
The shift from hiding to stepping up.
From surviving to thriving.
That's the journey PrideNomad was always meant to inspire.
The call to adventure is here.
Will you answer it?
Answer to Today’s Quiz
Germany.
The infamous “pink lists” compiled by the Nazi regime were repurposed by the post-war government — both to continue discrimination and, in recent years, to offer public reparations to those affected by Paragraph 175.
