Walking 5 miles in Florida... because these politicians can kiss my rainbow 🌈

Florida's a weird place for me.

Used to live here. Left in 2009.

Never thought I'd be back...

But life's funny that way.

My 91-year-old mom needed someone to look after her.

So here I am.

And HOLY SHIT has this state gotten wild since I left.

"Don't Say Gay" laws.

Book bans.

Politicians treating our community like we're some kind of threat...

When all we want is to exist. To love. To live our damn lives.

They're trying to make us invisible.

To push us back into closets.

To act like we don't matter.

Well...

This weekend I'm doing something about it.

I'm walking in the Florida AIDS Walk.

5 miles under the hot sun...

To remind these politicians that we're not going anywhere.

That we're part of this community.

That we MATTER.

Because here's the truth:

While they're busy playing culture wars...

Over 115,000 people in Florida are living with HIV.

Real people.

Who need real support.

Not political bullshit.

That's why I'm walking.

And I need your help.
